When out camping, we often or always build a fire to keep warm. I am here today to explain to you step by stepĀ  how to achieve a successful fire. The first thing you will need, is to have all your supplies in a neat and organized manner of easy reach ready to go. Also you must choose a flat area convenient for a fire, and do make sure you have bordered it with rocks, so the fire does not burn out of control. Seconds is to start the fire up, and to do so you will need any kind of kindling material such as; cotton, newspaper, tinder(very fine pieces of wood) and wool. Anything easy to light with a match and that stays lit until you proceed with the layering of your slimmer wood first. We want to give the fire spaces for it to reach oxygen, which is key to working for a fire, rather than suffocating it, by throwing bigger pieces that will only cause to fire to burn out. Then creating a spaced out teepee of the medium wood, leaving it till it catches fire. Finally we slowly add the bigger cuts. Once you have finished with the fire you want to make sure you’ve taken it out completely and safely. To do so get a bucket of water and dump in all sections of the flame, then take a stick and move the ashes around, ounce your sure the fire has been tamed put your hand over it ensuring its safe to touche. lastly bury the area you built the fire with dirt, and you have completed the task!
